Refund policy

We have a no refund and EXCHANGE ONLY policy. The exchange MUST BE unworn with the tags still attached and sent back within (5) days after you've received the item or we will not accept it!

Ngozi Apparel will be responsible for shipping cost associated with shipping the exchange back to the purchaser & the purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return items.

Ngozi Apparel is not responsible for stolen or missing packages once it has been shipped. If you encounter an issue once we shipped and sent your tracking, please contact your local post office for further assistance!
